1. Purchase with the 2021 200 HP Yamaha 4-stroke outboard from when boat was purchased new, engine hours: approx. 980 includes an engine warranty offered by the seller/ the Club, for one-season or 100 hours, whichever occurs first, identical coverage as Yamaha’s Yamaha Extended Service (Y.E.S.)plan. OR: 

2.A brand-new, zero hours version of same engine, with full factory warranty of 3 years plus ability to buy additional years of Factory Extended plan, Yamaha’s Yamaha Extended Service (Y.E.S.)plan.

Terms of Sale: Listing price with original engine:  $69,900 ;  With the NEW engine, $ 84,900

A. 10% deposit upon signed sales agreement;   Upon closing, Use of  boat in an Rex Wetslip thru mid-November 2024.Includes Winter Storage/Fall Services/Spring commissioning package below.

1. Place a 50% non-refundable deposit by Oct 31, final payment due March 15, 2025. Includes Winter Storage/Fall Services/Spring commissioning package below.
2. 10% deposit upon signed sales agreement;   Pay for boat in full and take her away by October 31, 2024, does NOT include Winter Storage/Fall Services/Spring commissioning package below deduct $5,000 from Listing price.

Included is below comprehensive winterizing, annual service & preventive maintenance package.

Batteries will be new or less than one year old

1. Stainless Steel prop, new, never used.
2. Comprehensive engine Annual service, including the following;

10. Full-Detailing prior to delivery.
11. Full tank of gas upon delivery
12. Thorough vessel orientation and harbor tour with USCG licensed captain upon delivery. Boating lessons available.

15. Antifouling paint , for Spring 2024- Available at extra cost
16. Spring Commissioning of engine and vessel systems, including sea trial.
